Background

Insolvency Accounting

Having served as C.E.O. of one liquidating Chapter 11 and Bankruptcy Trustee of another liquidating Chapter 11.  I have considerable experience in all facets of accounting pursuant to Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition to accounting work related to the above two bankruptcies, I have worked on several forensic accounting cases, with banks on problem loans, collecting receivables and the accounting portion of liquidating assets.

Here is a partial listing of accounting reports which I have prepared related to insolvency accounting.

Monthly Reports to the U.S. Trustee's Office

Cash flow projections prior  to filing

Weekly reports and subsidiary schedules pursuant to the cash use stipulation

Tax Returns

This listing is by necessity incomplete because of the variety of reports required by creditors and attorneys during the course of a bankruptcy.  However, I have always been successful in providing all interested parties with whatever accounting reports they need to use in making decisions or advising their clients.
